I was particularly impressed with ORiKOOL’s their professional and courteous customer service prior to delivery. Upon receiving the refrigerator, the quality of the packaging and the product itself exceeded my expectations. The unit is well-built and cools down quickly once plugged in. Although I was initially concerned about the quality due to the product being manufactured in China—owing to some previous unfavorable experiences—I am pleasantly surprised this time. While it's too soon to comment on the long-term performance since I've only had the refrigerator for a week, the exceptional customer service, cost, and the initial quality are commendable. I highly recommend ORIKOOL for their trustworthiness, and I look forward to providing an update after six months of use.

The temperature remains well-balanced according to my settings, and the door seals effectively, preventing any wild fluctuations. Produce stays fresher longer compared to my previous refrigerator, resulting in less food waste and cost savings. The unit operates quietly and is easy to maintain. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to any business or individual seeking a reliable and well-built refrigerator in the commercial market.
